I have been using LitVillage.com for several years as a guide to large and small book-related sites from Britain and around the world. It does all the hard work for me, seeking out sites that I may find interesting. Each one is reviewed and, unlike other portals, LitVillage.com is not afraid to criticse poorly constructed sites. That is probably because LitVillage.com does not charge for listings like most of the big directories who are afraid to criticise sites which have paid to be listed in them for understandable reasons.

Unlike the big search engines and directories, LitVillage.com is not full of annoying banners and annoying advertising. It's one and only aim is to provide a service to book-lovers. Pity there are many sites around with such a remit.

I would highly recommend LitVillage.com to all book worms!
